About the Role

2nd Family is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Colorado.

This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, additional hours, or a consistent caregiving assignment. We work to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability, experience, and care needs.

Compensation

$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Follow the client's established plan of care
• Promote client safety, dignity, independence, and comfort

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or similar experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing personal care assistance
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements
