Maintenance Technician - Pennsauken, NJ

Career Strategy Consultants is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Pennsauken, NJ. This hands-on role supports the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy industrial machinery, including presses, motors, conveyors, and electrical control systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a heavy industrial environment, electrical systems (single and three phase), pneumatic and hydraulic tools, and other complex production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Qualifications:

• An Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience and training is preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial maintenance, blueprint reading, and safety protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing production and extrusion machinery preferred.
• Proficient in electrical control systems installation and repair.
