You’ll lead the daily work of maintenance technicians and assigned field staff, turning incoming requests into a clear, winning plan.Key responsibilities include:- Review, triage, and assign work orders by safety, urgency, guest impact, and property availability- Schedule repairs around inspections, cleaning, and same-day turnovers- Equip technicians with property details, materials, and firm completion targets- Track open work orders and verify work is completed correctly and on time- Act as the go-to for complex fixes and urgent issues; coordinate vendors as needed- Escalate staffing needs, repeat failures, delays, and major concerns to management- Join a rotating on-call schedule and coordinate after-hours responseIf you’re ready to lead with speed, judgment, and pride in your craft, apply now.A Day in MotionYour morning kicks off by scanning the Maintenance board and spotting the handful of items that could derail a guest arrival. You map the day around check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and cleaning windows—then keep momentum as priorities shift.Midday, you’re bouncing between properties, jumping in on the tricky jobs that need sharp troubleshooting and polished workmanship. When a vendor’s timing changes, you pivot quickly so the guest experience stays seamless.By afternoon, you’re checking progress across active work orders, closing out details, and lining up what must be ready before the next turnover.
