We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.As a Dishwasher, you'll keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You'll maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with basic food prep when needed.What You'll DoClean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipmentOperate and maintain dishwashing machinesKeep dishwashing, kitchen, and trash disposal areas cleanOrganize and store cleaned items properlyAssist with food prep and unloading kitchen deliveriesFollow all health, safety, and sanitation standardsReport equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptlySupport kitchen staff during peak times and special eventsWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plusBasic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentTeamwork and communication skillsWhat We RequireMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, noisy, and smoky environmentsFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
