Bakery Customer Service Associate We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Bakery Customer Service Associate to join our bakery team. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, assisting with bakery purchases, and helping maintain beautiful, well-stocked displays. Assist customers with selecting bakery items and answering basic product questions. Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display. Maintain clean, organized, and attractive bakery cases and work areas. Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Support the bakery team with daily tasks as needed. Minimum Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Strong customer service mindset and passion for helping others. Comfortable interacting with customers and communicating clearly. Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. Attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Ability to work with food products, ingredients, and cleaning agents. Comfortable performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
