Join Our Team as a Dynamic Project Manager

Are you a certified Project Management Professional with a passion for construction management? We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee contract performance, schedule alignment, and risk management for a portfolio of Tier 1 projects. Work remotely with travel opportunities to various utility-scale renewable project locations throughout New York State, with a preference for candidates located in the Western or Central NY region.

Requirements

• Certified PMP
• B.S. with 10 years of construction experience or M.S. with 3-7 years of construction experience
• OSHA 10-Hour construction safety training
• Experience with construction management and monitoring
• Experience with schedule creation, forecasting, and analysis
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Preferences

• OSHA 30 construction training
• Knowledge of the Tier 1 Program's Standard Form Agreement
• Familiarity with NYS Article VIII Environmental Management and Construction Plan processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Project, Primavera, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, NEB, and MS Visio
