Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater New Orleans Region. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing clear information about credit services and processes. The Client Services Representative will support clients through their credit journey by explaining next steps, gathering required documentation, and ensuring a positive, professional experience at each touchpoint. Daily responsibilities include managing phone, email, and in-person communications, maintaining accurate records in client management systems, and coordinating with internal team members and referral partners. The role also includes following up with clients to track progress, address concerns, and contribute to high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Demonstrated Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction. Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse clients and partners. Understanding of basic Finance concepts and interest in credit education and financial empowerment. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups. Comfort using CRM or client management tools, email platforms, and standard office software. Ability to work on-site in the Greater New Orleans Region and collaborate effectively with a small team. Prior experience in financial services, credit counseling, customer support, or a related field is preferred but not required.
