What You'll Do

Support the Community Manager in daily property operations
Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
Support marketing and leasing to keep occupancy high, including social media and community events
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leases, and maintenance

What You Bring

Property management or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent
Property management software experience preferred
