Regional Sales Manager - MN, ND, SD, WI, IA

Role Description This is a remote position for a regional sales manager, but candidates must be located in one of the following states in order to effectively serve the assigned territory: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa . The individual in this role will build and maintain customer relationships, identify and develop sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth within their assigned region. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting tailored sales proposals, tracking market trends, collaborating with the internal team, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires travel to engage with clients within the region and attend industry-related events. Qualifications Skills in Sales Development, Account Management, and creating tailored proposals Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic planning, market research, and trend analysis expertise Ability to meet sales targets and proficiency in CRM systems Familiarity with critical fastening tooling in industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Agriculture, Wind Energy, or General Assembly is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Proven ability to work in a remote capacity with efficient time and territory management Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr AIMCO
