Objective: The HR Generalist plays a critical support role for the practice. HR Generalist executes on the core HR initiatives that impact the employees, administration and the practice.  

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist with job postings, recruitment and interview process, in the applicant tracking system

·       Set up onboarding and HR as needed

·       Complete bi-weekly payroll process in ADP platform

·       Track, update, and maintain ADP system

·       Assist with benefits administration and employee programs as needed

·       Maintain HR compliance with employee records, state, federal, and local labor laws and regulations

·       Pay and track vendor invoices monthly

·       Support the Director of Business Operations

·       Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

·       High School diploma required, associate’s degree or higher highly preferred

·       2+ years of HR experience required

·       1 year of payroll experience in ADP a plus

·       Knowledge of employee labor laws and regulations

·       Knowledge of recruitment practices

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases

·       Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
