What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a hands‑on role in supporting children through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You'll work 1:1 with clients, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Autism Specialist (AS), helping each child build communication, social, and daily living skills. Your daily responsibilities include: Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive clinic environment Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors Collecting and recording data in real time Collaborating with a team of passionate clinicians and leaders Celebrating every milestone, no matter how small What We're Looking For A genuine love for working with children and families A team player with strong communication skills Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn 40‑hour RBT Training (must be completed prior to starting) High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields a plus!) At least 1 year experience working with children; autism or special needs preferred Prior ABA experience is highly preferred - we provide hands‑on training .
