Assisted Living Resident Assistant
Job Summary:
NEW FACILITY TO OPEN 9/1/2026. As a highly compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Resident Assistant at Villas at Lincoln, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional support and care. Our facility, Villas at Lincoln, is a trusted provider of Assisted Living services in Lincoln, IL, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to person-centered care. Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities to enhance their overall well-being
• Assist with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including reporting any hazards or concerns to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a collaborative care approach
• Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss residents' needs and create individualized care plans
