The position begins on September 21, 2026, and concludes on December 19, 2026, with a schedule of dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, valid state licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in home health physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient home health services is advantageous.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This role involves providing direct physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs within a home setting, adhering to established treatment protocols and standards of care.
