Foreclosure Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Delray Beach, FL. The role involves managing an uncontested caseload and handling matters from first legal through post‑judgment. The attorney will utilize their legal expertise to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients. Duties Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and non‑jury trials, both remotely and in person. Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence, and motions. Analyze and review complaints, motions, documents, and final judgments. Conduct legal research and produce written work. Provide legal analysis and communicate with clients regarding case matters. Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Requirements Active Florida Bar License. At least two years of foreclosure experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases. Strong organizational skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. Education Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications Member of the Florida Bar, maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements. Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
