Intake Coordinator

Intake Coordinator – Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. Ensure proper procedures are adhered to so all intake appointments are appropriately booked and authorized while providing initial insurance verification prior to the client visit. Fill out client intake forms and assign clients to the appropriate program. Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Knowledge of third‑party insurance benefits, eligibility, and billing procedures preferred. Must be able to calculate figures to provide treatment costs; calculator permitted. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and confidential information required.
