Recovery Support Technician

As a Recovery Support Technician at Carle Health, you will support patients in recovery within our Healthcare & Medical Services environment, aligned with Safety, Security & Law Enforcement standards. You will monitor patient safety, assist with daily living activities, observe and document behaviors, and support treatment plans developed by clinical staff. Working in a collaborative team, you will help maintain a secure therapeutic environment, engage patients in recovery-focused activities, and communicate changes in patient status to nursing and security personnel.
