Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CRNP or PA to join our healthcare team. The CRNP or PA will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care, conducting physical exams and health assessments, and developing treatment plans.

This position will report 2 to 3 days weekly. Schedule to vary weekly however will be outlined for the semester in advance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop treatment plans for student patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and make referrals as necessary.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and stay current on best practices in healthcare.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

Master's degree in the related field from an accredited educational institution.

Current Certification (CRNP or PA-C)

Active State License in good standing as a CRNP or PA-C in Pennsylvania

1-3 years of work-related experience

Preferred qualifications:

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
