We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team. A valid driver license and good driving record is required.Duties will include:Troubleshooting and addressing minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural and plumbing resulting in equipment repair and/or replacement.Preventive maintenance will include caulking doors/windows and replacing damaged windows.Electrical maintenance includes changing light bulbs, repairing ballast and repairing light fixtures.Plumbing maintenance includes unclogging toilets/urinals and sinks, fixing water leaks and repairing water fountains.Structural maintenance to include painting interior/exterior walls and assembling or moving furniture.This job role also assists Kendall HR with safety compliance-monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, first aid kits and overall compliance in shop area.Working conditions for this position are varied, work will be performed indoors and outdoors equally depending on tasks. Occasional lifting up to 50lbs, frequent body motion including bending, stooping, crouching, stretching, and reaching required.
