What You Will Do

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify your clients’ financial protection goals.

• Present and recommend the most appropriate insurance products for their unique situations.

• Guide clients seamlessly through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM systems.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and consistent follow-ups.

• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.

Our Ideal Candidate Profile (What We're Looking For)

• Licensing: An active insurance license is our top priority and preferred qualification for this role.

• Experience: Proven success in quota-driven or commission-based environments , ideally with experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales. (Note: While sales experience is a huge plus, we provide training to support your growth ).

• Mindset: Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Client-Facing Skills: The ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms and build immediate trust.

• Organization: Highly organized with exceptional time management and strong follow-up skills.
