Your success is our success. We are hiring immediately for an Avionics Technician . Responsibilities Functional Testing : Isolate and repair avionics system issues based on customer complaints, following FAA procedures Problem Diagnosis : Analyze in-flight data and customer feedback to diagnose and correct issues Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve defects in units or wiring discrepancies Component Replacement : Replace defective units, repair wiring, and modify aircraft as needed Flight Testing : Accompany pilots to conduct functional tests on repaired or aligned systems as needed Instruction Compliance : Perform duties based on aircraft orders, wiring diagrams, and both oral and written instructions What you need to be successful A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required A minimum 2 years experience in aircraft avionics system troubleshooting and repair is required Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is helpful Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable, is required Compensation and Benefits Your success is our success.
