Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Take patient vital signs as required
suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.
Tube feed administration, medication administration.
Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, incontinence care as needed, turn and repositioning
Ventilator Maintenance, and pulse ox readings as recommended.
Wound Care, wound debridement.
IV medication administration.
Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift.

Qualifications:

One year of experience with home health and clinical knowledge
RN or LPN from an accredited school
Ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation.
Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
Knowledge of clinical skills, including changing wound dressing, giving tube feed, setting up and monitoring IVs
Initiatives they can make independent decisions when required and accept directions and requests from patients
