Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team!

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and medical needs.

Our programs support children experiencing:

• Fine motor and visual-motor delays

• Sensory processing needs

• Gross motor delays

• Speech and language delays

• Feeding difficulties

• Cognitive and developmental delays

• Hearing disorders

• Medical needs

Children are placed in treatment rooms based on their ages and individual developmental needs. Our classrooms are appropriately staffed with teachers and teaching assistants and are designed to provide safe, engaging, inclusive, and culturally respectful environments.

Our multidisciplinary teams include occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, educators, psychologists, nutrition professionals, and audiology providers. By working closely together and partnering with families, we help ensure each child receives coordinated, individualized care.

MKSA and KULA primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten, with opportunities to expand services to elementary school-aged children during the summer.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate children's fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, feeding, and developmental needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and identified needs.

• Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate occupational therapy services.

• Help children build skills that support participation, independence, and success in daily activities.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to promote meaningful outcomes.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

• Participate in patient reviews and provide recommendations regarding each child's continued care.

• Educate and support families by providing practical strategies that can be incorporated into the child's daily routines.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of service delivery.

• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.

• Work alongside an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team.

• Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.

• Must maintain all professional licensure and continuing-education requirements.

• One year of successful experience in a similar position is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

• Newly licensed Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• Basic computer proficiency, including databases, word-processing programs, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based systems.

• The ability to understand and apply safety requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards.

• A collaborative, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care.
