Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Recognize opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services that meet customer needs. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists to schedule follow-up appointments or meetings. Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets. Aid with customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Assist with customer payments when needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate and helpful information. Qualifications Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
