Are you ready for a career and not just a job? We are a top real estate team in the area, and we are looking for a Leasing Agent. The ideal candidate will excel in working with property owners to find lessees and determine their needs, wants, and economic feasibility. The Leasing Agent will market properties using social media and websites and schedule showings and open houses.
When you join our team, you’ll be backed by the best sales tools and administrative assistants around. Compensation:
$55,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
Explain the requirements for potential tenants
Review the rental application process with potential tenants
Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Proven track of successful sales record
Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems
Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia
