A day on the road and in the warehouse

Picture this: you start with a quick pre‑trip inspection, map out your route, and roll out in a 26’ straight truck. You drive safely and professionally, arrive on time, and work directly with customers to unload and stack products courteously. You capture accurate signatures, finalize delivery paperwork, and note any discrepancies so claims can be resolved quickly. Between routes, you jump in with the team—receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise. You assemble orders, palletize, and stage them for shipment. You store materials precisely by product code or sequence, complete daily cycle counts, and update inventory records. You keep the warehouse spotless—sweeping, removing trash, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Throughout the day, you operate forklifts and other equipment efficiently and safely.

Core responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally at all times.
• Deliver products to specified locations promptly and accurately.
• Unload and stack products with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders, including palletizing and staging for shipment.
• Store materials in appropriate locations according to product codes or sequences.
• Perform daily cycle counts and update inventory records as needed.
• Identify and resolve freight discrepancies or claims.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping, removing trash, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

What you’ll bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Proven experience operating 26’ box trucks required.
• Experience with forklifts or reach trucks preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 75+ lbs regularly.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working at a fast pace to meet deadlines.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.76 /hr.
