Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients in business law, estate planning, and general legal matters. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Manage client matters with a focus on service, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships. Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed. Collaborate with firm partners and other team members to improve client outcomes and internal processes. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar. Interest in business law, estate planning, or general legal practice areas. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, staff, and other attorneys. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—training is available for the right candidate. Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
