We’re currently seeking youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, DSPs, and others with a passion for working with kids to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . You’re a great fit if you have: Experience working with children in any setting—schools, after‑school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services A passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily and take initiative Reliability and attention to detail—you follow through and take pride in doing things right Openness to training, feedback, and continuous learning RBT certification (preferred), or the willingness to complete the certification process (we’ll help you!)
