Northwell Health is seeking Fellowship-trained BC/BE Rheumatologists to join Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, a 238-bed acute care community hospital in central Westchester County. This role is part of Northwell Health's Medicine Service Line, which has experienced significant growth and aims to provide comprehensive, integrated healthcare services. Practice Info Phelps Memorial Hospital Center is a 238-bed acute care community hospital. The hospital provides emergency services, acute care inpatient services, and a host of outpatient services. The service area includes Westchester County and surrounding communities in Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut. Compensation Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by various factors including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. Benefits Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master's degree from Hofstra University. Those attending another university will receive $5,000 annually in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses.
