At THub Cafe, you won’t be limited to just one role. You’ll have the opportunity to gain all-around café experience — from kitchen cooking and food preparation to learning Barista and Bobarista skills. It’s a great opportunity to build valuable restaurant and café experience while being part of a growing team.

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Handle food prep and support different kitchen stations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the team during busy periods
• Learn other areas of the café, including Barista and Bobarista stations
• Help ensure every customer receives quality food, drinks, and service

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Previous experience is welcome, but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn multiple roles and grow with the team
