About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its global team. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy and operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial results across a complex, multi-entity organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing global consolidations, month-end close, U.S. GAAP reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, and external audit activities. The role also involves leading manufacturing and cost accounting, building and strengthening the company's internal control environment, and partnering with the CFO and executive leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Applicants for the Corporate Controller position at the company should have a CPA and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 10 years' of progressive accounting and finance experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, significant experience in a complex manufacturing environment, and a proven track record of leading and developing accounting teams. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, and external audit management is essential. Experience in medical device, technology, aerospace & defense, industrial, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly desirable, as is exposure to private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations, M&A integrations, ERP optimization, SEC reporting, and international accounting. The role requires a hands-on finance executive with the ability to operate at both the strategic and operational levels, and who is adept at driving finance transformation and process improvement.
