Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional, certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a part of our luxury fitness center, you will be responsible for delivering premium, tailored fitness programs that challenge and inspire our clients. Ideal candidates are passionate, client-focused professionals dedicated to helping clients reach their peak physical potential while providing an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver personalized training programs for clients based on individual fitness goals, assessments, and abilities.
2. Educate and motivate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and the benefits of fitness.
3. Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients to ensure they remain motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
4. Continuously assess client progress and adapt programs to ensure measurable, sustainable results.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of current fitness trends and advanced training methodologies to integrate into client programs.
6. Ensure the gym environment remains welcoming, clean, and aligned with the gym’s luxury standards.

Qualifications:

1. Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a high-end or luxury gym setting.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
4. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and fitness programming.
5. CPR/AED certification.
6. A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to professional growth and staying up to date with the latest in fitness research and trends.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs.
