Job Title
Responsibilities
- Track client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and due dates, log proposals
- Track weekly sales, process purchase orders
- Track important emails, manage weekly team meetings
- Able to take direction virtually (through email, Zoom, and phone)
- Support the Business Development (Client) and Account Management Team when required
- Invoice clients when purchase order terms are met
- Support the File Maker (database software) and CDS (data repository software) updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be proactive in seeking better efficiency in communication with clients and colleagues
- Team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach
