Assistant Project Coordinator

Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Track client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and due dates, log proposals
  • Track weekly sales, process purchase orders
  • Track important emails, manage weekly team meetings
  • Able to take direction virtually (through email, Zoom, and phone)
  • Support the Business Development (Client) and Account Management Team when required
  • Invoice clients when purchase order terms are met
  • Support the File Maker (database software) and CDS (data repository software) updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proactive in seeking better efficiency in communication with clients and colleagues
  • Team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach
