Your Role:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Johnson City Acura Mazda and Used Cars, providing exceptional customer service and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process.
• Sales Excellence: Utilize your sales skills to match customers with their ideal vehicle, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Product Expertise: Become an expert on our range of new and used vehicles, staying informed about the latest features and benefits.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about cars and a career in sales.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed targets.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required we believe in potential and provide comprehensive training.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs.
• Great listening skills are key!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications:

• An energetic 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Goal-oriented with a history of achieving success
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma
