Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | 13–26 week commitment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver patient care consistent with outpatient physical therapy setting expectations
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington, or a qualifying Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Ability to fulfill a 13–26 week contract commitment
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience as a travel or contract PTA
