Senior Sales Associate

As a subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities, the Associate Proposition Sales Specialist role will focus on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Wealth Management business in a given territory driving opportunities within both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specific products and customer types as well as serve accounts within a defined territory. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders as well as Senior Regional Proposition Sellers to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.Role ResponsibilitiesStructure, negotiate and close dealsProactively identify pipeline opportunitiesDevelop a sales strategy for their territoryDeliver customer demonstrations on our suite of Wealth SolutionsQualifications and Experience RequiredStrong Wealth Management understanding including a) expert understanding of financial markets b) strong understanding of customers' business model workflowWorld class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling)Creative thinker and good sales ideation skillsExceptional Presentation skills (verbal & written)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to organize and execute a sales plan1 to 2 years of industry, sales or market experienceProven track record in a quota bearing sales environmentCareer Stage:Senior AssociateCompensation/Benefits Information:LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $102,000 - $170,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
