Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's physical condition and establish individualized treatment plans that focus on their unique goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient satisfaction and recovery.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the value of physical therapy in achieving their health objectives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure the best care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and billing information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise in assessing and treating the complex needs of these patients will play a key role in their recovery and overall well-being. You will utilize a holistic approach to address not just their physical issues, but also education and emotional support, fostering a positive rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a relevant field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in California is mandatory.
• Certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Current CPR Certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care settings is beneficial and highly regarded.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic health records (EHR).
• Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
