BCBA Clinical Director

Operant Search Partners are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead and support a growing team providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys mentoring clinicians, driving excellent client outcomes, and helping shape service delivery within a collaborative environment. Current BCBA certification. Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Previous leadership or management experience within an ABA setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioural intervention practices. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and behaviour technicians across in-home service programmes. Review and guide the development of individualised treatment plans that align with best-practice ABA methodologies. Monitor client progress and support teams in making data-driven treatment recommendations. Coach, mentor, and develop clinical staff through regular feedback, training, and professional development initiatives. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Partner with families to maintain strong communication and support positive treatment outcomes. Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance service quality, team engagement, and programme effectiveness. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinical team members.
