• Part of the integrated LifeBridge Health System (with whom USACS has an exclusive contract to staff all of LifeBridge Emergency Departments)
• 163 beds
• Only hospital in Carroll County, MD
• Cerner EMR
• 24 hour in-house:
  • CT
  • Respiratory therapist
  • OB-GYN
  • Medical Surgical
  • Anesthesiology
  • Pediatric Coverage (no NICU)
  • Intensivist
• Interventional Cardiac Cath lab
• Stroke Center
• In-house Ultrasound technician coverage
• 24/7 radiology reads (In-house 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; remote outside in-house hours)
  • Plain Film and CT suite in the ED
  • Tele-radiology.
• PACS film reading system
• Medical Staff Coverage:

  • Neurology including tele-neuro

Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 151

• 16 Physicians; 8 APPs
• Seven days on/seven off; 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m. -7:00 a.m.
• No procedures, closed ICU, no codes

Compensation

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $128/hour to $164/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time Physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% practice-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
