Oceanside, California Full-time $80,000 $180,000 annually (performance-based).

About the Job:

We're a specialized independent shop based in Oceanside. Our customers choose us intentionally. Nice cars, real work, a clientele that respects the craft. Classic builds to modern platforms, it's all on the table.

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, no weekends.
• Two lifts per tech, structured workflow, minimal chaos by design.
• We move fast during business hours but there's a system behind it.
• Most days you're out before 4:30 if the week's goals are hit.
• Pay is purely performance-based with an individual production component and a team bonus built in.
• Our top producers clear 6 figures with no ceiling to commissions.
• We don't need to lock our tool boxes, and that tells you something about who works here.

What We're Looking For:

Seven or more years as a specialized technician. Motorsports, high-performance imports, and both classic and modern platforms are all relevant backgrounds. ASE certs are a plus. There's a hands-on assessment as part of the process.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience (exceptional candidates at 5-6 considered).
• Valid driver's license.
• Full-time Monday through Friday.
• Positive attitude, accountability, 40 units per week minimum.
