ERP Transformation Project Coordinator

Location: Lake Mary, FL Get rate: 30/hr 6 Months+

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the inbound related topics for the WMi portion of the ERP transformation project
• Create scenarios and use cases to provide a complete understanding of business requirements
• Understand, interpret, and define business requirements to the appropriate level of detail to enable accurate and timely design, build and implementation
• Review and understand reporting requirements as they relate to the inbound processes
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews providing input into solid architectural design
• Build test scripts to enable thorough testing of system functionality
• Assist with QA of finished product prior to user acceptance testing
• Manage UAT execution of inbound functionality and coordinate/train other users in UAT
• Create SOPs and training materials
• Train users on new processes
• Participate in roll out planning and production walk through
• Establish and support a positive work environment based on mutual respect, trust, honesty, team work and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred
• Experience with a transformational technology project preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Strong PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and access
• Self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Work throughout the organization as a team player
• Desire and ability to learn and apply new concepts and techniques
• Lead employees and translate the vision of the company into actionable plans
• Able to occasionally travel up to 10% of the time
• Above average attendance record
