Pay: Starting at $25+/hour DOE
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (based on workload)
Location: Medford, Oregon
On behalf of our client, BBSI i s looking for 2 experienced Tradesmen to join their growing team! If you have roofing experience, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. While this position focuses primarily on roofing, you'll also assist with painting and other general construction projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Assist with interior and exterior painting projects.
- Measure, cut, and install roofing materials using hand and power tools.
- Prepare work areas and protect surrounding property.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Clean and maintain job sites before, during, and after projects.
- Inspect work for quality and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform general labor and other construction-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous roofing experience required .
- Painting experience is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of common construction tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
