TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver for a local opportunity in Tacoma, WA. This position offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to join a growing operation with the potential for temp to hire opportunity.

Position Details

Pay: $31.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Average 50–60 hours per week
Local routes – Home Daily
Assignment expected to last 2–3 months with potential for extension and possible temp-to-hire opportunity

Equipment

Tractor Trailer
48-Foot Trailer
Automatic Transmission

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
Transport containers between warehouse and storage locations
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation
Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Clean MVR and safety record
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
Recent tractor-trailer driving experience
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to work overtime as needed
