Behavioral Health Technician

Learn more about our program: United Recovery Project Perks: * Enjoy 104 hours of PTO annually (FTE only) * Access to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (FTE only) * Work in a supportive, team-driven environment * Optional benefits including Short-Term Disability, Accident, Disability, and Life Insurance Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and document daily client activities, behaviors, and progress * Safely transport clients to and from appointments or activities as needed * Maintain a safe environment by staying alert to potential risks or hazards * Provide structure, set appropriate boundaries, and foster a supportive, caring atmosphere * Collaborate with the treatment team to deliver high-quality client care * Promote a positive, professional environment while maintaining composure in all situations Requirements: Qualifications and Requirements: * Valid and active Driver License is required . * Basic computer literacy required . * Work experience in the field of substance abuse preferred. * KIPU EMR knowledge preferred. * Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred. * Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. * Highschool Diploma or GED.
