As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to site needs with professionalism. Pay Rate: $24.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur06:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, common areas, and assigned locations for security-related concerns, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and/or credential checks as required by the site.
• Support daily operations at the property by reporting hazards, disturbances, and policy violations, and by maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
