Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary Seeking a customer-focused professional to manage the end-to-end customer experience, serve as the primary customer contact, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs. Customer Service Specialist Location: Rocky Hill, CT Pay Rate: $26/hour Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, orders, and service-related requests. Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) and customer service activities. Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems. Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other internal teams. Monitor orders, resolve issues, and follow up with customers. Collect customer feedback and identify process improvements. Use SAP, Service Cloud, and other business systems. Track performance and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, or related experience. Customer-facing experience preferred. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes preferred. Experience with SAP, CRM, ERP, or Service Cloud preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused and collaborative mindset.
