Phlebotomist Part Time and On-call

Labcorp is seeking a Part Time and On-call Phlebotomist to join our team in Chino, CA 91710. Work Schedule Thursday through Saturday 5:00 am – 10:00 am AND on‑call from 10:00 am to 5:00 am Thursday through Sunday. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent California State issued Phlebotomy License (CPT) Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of experience as a Phlebotomist Current or prior experience at Labcorp Additional Job Standards Application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Pay Range: $23.00 – $33.00 per hour, plus on‑call pay. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
