Registered or certified respiratory therapist - days or nights prn at Mercy Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders. Consult physicians on effectiveness of therapy. Act as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care. Perform duties as assigned. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of program approved by National Board for Respiratory Care. Licensure: Licensed with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care. Experience: None. Certification/Registration: Registered as a therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care. Other skills & knowledge: BLS/CPR through an American Heart Association approved course.
