Are you dependable, hardworking, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized? We are looking for a Kitchen Steward to join our Main Kitchen team! In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and kitchen staff have the equipment and supplies they need to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the main kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Support daily kitchen operations by ensuring clean cookware and equipment are readily available to the culinary team
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors, and work areas in accordance with established standards
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean waste disposal areas
• Assist with opening, closing, and scheduled deep-cleaning duties
• Safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment and use cleaning supplies according to established procedures
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Communicate supply shortages, equipment issues, and maintenance concerns to kitchen leadership
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain an efficient and organized kitchen

• Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or stewarding experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying kitchen supplies
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals while following proper safety procedures
