Location: HealthPark Medical Center - 9981 So HealthPark Circle Fort Myers FL 33908 Department: Transportation Services Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/7:00:00AM to 3:30:00PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.50 / hour Summary Provides patient transportation services for all departments as directed by Transport lead/dispatcher/supervisor. Safely transports patients to and from hospital departments. Assist patients in moving to and from wheelchair to bed, etc. Gives, receives, and records patient information accurately for EPIC/Hall Pass and ensures two forms of patient identification prior to transport. Provides interdisciplinary support as requested when not transporting patients. Follows established procedures to help maintain the appearance of the hospital environment. Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow by performing miscellaneous duties as requested. Interacts with all customers in a manner that supports operations in all departments.
