In this role, you will safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to guarantee reliable and efficient performance. You will perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold plant safety and equipment integrity. Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency. Adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents promptly. And you will collect and interpret equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions. Oversee contractors performing routine and non-routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution. Also, you will execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements to enhance process availability and reliability.

You bring experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety. Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation. You can apply familiarity with controls and human machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens. Read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams. Further, you can communicate technical information clearly to support safe, coordinated, and effective teamwork. Operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and confidently following established procedures. Utilize strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support accurate documentation and reporting.
